Hindi Bhasi Cultural Association (HBCA) is a non-profit socio-cultural organization. The objectives of HBCA are to engage in educational, cultural, and religious celebrations of the Hindi speaking community living outside India. We welcome friendship, cooperation and promotion of our cultural heritage among our members and share it with other communities. Membership is open to those who believe in the objectives of the HBCA irrespective of race, religion, color, gender, age or national origin and who can either speak, write or understand Hindi or its sister language.

We are an approved 501(c)(3) organization, donations can be tax exempt.
Membership is open to everyone from all cultural backgrounds and celebrates diversity and culture togetherness.
The Board of Trustees and Executive Committee provide strategic guidance, governance, and long-term stewardship for the Hindi Bhashi Cultural Association (HBCA). Through their leadership, experience, and commitment to the community, they help ensure that HBCA remains true to its mission and continues to grow and serve future generations.
In 2023, our collective vision led to the formation of the Hindi Bhashi Cultural Organization (HBCA). Since its inception, the organization’s activities and membership have continued to grow, providing a valuable resource for the community and helping to strengthen the cultural bonds among Hindi speakers in the Indianapolis area.
Volunteer services to promote our culture and heritage is the ultimate dedication to our society and to our legacy. Children are eligible to claim these hours as qualified volunteer hours. College students are eligible to show this activity on their resume.
